Found Family

A high school senior becomes unexpectedly pregnant. Unwilling to let fate dictate her future, she decides to place her baby for adoption so she can pursue the life she originally planned. Determined to find the ideal family herself, she draws interest from a same-sex couple who have not yet come out to their families and a lonely, unmarried social worker searching for a family of her own.
