Tic Tac

Alphonse Picard is rather unusual. He portions his day into neat segments, timed to the second. He’s obsessive and predictable. But one morning things go differently and he has to face his worst fear: a line! Stopping at nothing, the funny old man turns to some creative ways to get what he wants.
