“'Will everyone forget? Will even I forget?'”
The testimony of a life and a disappearance through family life materials collected over the years, and concerning the uncontrollable changes of people, landscapes, and objects. This is a story of enduring friendships, of a house overlooking a Mediterranean island shrouded in mythology and mystery but conquered by the waves: the Isola dei Porri in Marina di Marza (Sicily, Province of Ragusa), where three generations grew up. A diary-like reflection that grapples with an objective reality that is utterly fleeting. Everything is here to vanish sooner or later: remembering, forgetting, changing... it's all part of the journey. Nothing but sand, dust, and magic still within us.
