Revenge of the Necktie Strangler

“Helpless victims die by his hand!”

The Necktie Strangler lives. Appearing to have died at the end of "The Go-Go Girl Strangler," he's alive and out for revenge. He wants to know where Charice and Jeffery Holmes have gone. Unfortuntely for Sarah, she knows where they are and the strangler makes her talk before viciously killing her. Tracking Jeff and Charice to Las Vegas, the Strangler strikes and gets his revenge. But that's only the beginning of his rampage and it will once again come down to a confrontation between Holmes and the strangler. Is this the final chapter?
